摘要
高职教育对人才培养的要求具有更为明显的职业文化特征,国家示范性高等职业院校建设应当注重职业文化建设。就国家示范性高等职业院校加强职业文化建设的基本途径提出:深化教学模式改革,提升职业文化素质,培养专兼结合的专业教学团队,在校园文化建设中营造职业文化氛围,系统规划就业指导课程等新思路。
Personnel training requirements of higher vocational education is characterized by occupational culture,therefore,the construction of national model higher vocational colleges should lay emphasis on the building of occupational culture.New ideas,such as deepening the reform on teaching modes,enhancing the quality of occupational culture,training professional teaching team with full-time and part-time teaching staff,creating a cultural atmosphere in campus culture and planning systematically a career guidance program were elaborated.
