摘要
职业教育集团是新形势下实现职业教育资源共享,促进职业学校和企业优势互补的职教发展新途径和新模式,高职院校依托职教集团这一平台,能够更好地促进校企合作。从实践与理论结合的角度对昆明冶专牵头组建的云南冶金矿业职教集团的运行现状、取得成效、存在不足进行了概括,并对其进一步发展的相关问题进行了探讨。
Vocational education group is a new way and a new mode for developing vocational education under the new situation,which can realize resource sharing and promote complementary advantages between vocational colleges and enterprises,by the use of it,higher vocational colleges can promote school-enterprise cooperation,from combining theory with practice,the paper summarizes operation status,achievement and shortcomings of Yunnan Metallurgy and Mining Vocational Education Group established by Kunming Metallurgy College,discusses the related problems in the further development.
