摘要
目的:探讨绒猴分7次口服200mg碘油后碘的排泄率及供碘有效期。方法:以药代动力学的方法研究碘的排泄过程。结果:分次口服碘油碘的半衰期(53.5天)和有效期(7～10.5个月)较1次性口服等剂量碘油的半衰期和有效期延长。低碘绒猴的半衰期和有效期较正常绒猴有轻度缩短。结论:证实分次口服碘油是一种高效、无害、接近生理方式的补碘方法;半衰期和有效期与机体的碘营养状况有关。
Nutrition in marmosets after a total dose of 200mg iodized oil by seven oral administrations. Methods: To study the disposal process for iodine by pharmaco - kinetically method. Results The halflife(53.Sclavs)and adequate retention time (7 - 10.5 months) in iodine sufficient in marmosets in this study were longer than once administration with same dose, The iodine deficient marmosets demonstrated slightly shorter half- life(42days)and retention time(4.5 - 7months)than the iodine sufficient marmosets. Conclusions; ①Oral administration of iodized oil in several times showed to be an effective, harmless and nearly physiological method for iodine prophylaxis;② The disposal rate and adequate retention time for iodine nutrition depend in part on iodine nutritional status.
