摘要
水下蝶泳打腿技术动作,即Underwater Undulatory Swi mming,简称UUS,是一种非常有效的游泳技术.UUS技术在水中表现为正向、反向、侧向的蝶泳打腿,同时也包括在泳姿转换时的运用.作者从理论上介绍了鱼类摆尾技术的流体力学研究成果,并在实践中与运动员蝶泳打腿技术分析相结合,指出水下蝶泳打腿技术的运动学、动力学特征以及在游泳出发、转身和划水过程中的应用.水下蝶泳打腿技术是游泳项目中的一项重要技术,我们应该学习国外的理论成果,重视实践经验的积累,努力提高游泳队的技术水平.
Underwater Undulatory Swimming,referred to UUS,is a very effective swimming skills.UUS technical performance in the water for the positive,reverse,lateral butterfly kick,but also included in the conversion of the use of strokes.In this paper,a theoretical introduction of fish before the end of technology,fluid mechanics research and in practice with the athletes butterfly leg of technical analysis,pointed out that the butterfly kick underwater technology,kinematics,dynamics features,as well as in swimming,the turning and the water in the process of application.Butterfly leg of underwater swimming technique is an important technology,we should study abroad,theoretical results,the accumulation of great importance to practical experience,and strive to improve the technological level of Chinese swimmers.
