摘要
电位计式角位移传感器以其结构简单、性能稳定、能适应恶劣环境等特点,广泛应用于航天航空、军事、民用各行业.但也由于它的测试精度不高、动态响应较差而极大地限制了电位计的使用范围.作者在阐述电位计式角位移传感器原理的基础上,着重分析了系统的动态响应性能,设计了三阶低通滤波器,并采用零极点配置设计其补偿电路,改善了系统的动态响应,提高了所测信号的精度,最后用MATLAB仿真对比了补偿前后单位阶跃信号输入下的幅频特性,分析说明了测试系统的动态性能指标.
Potentiometer angular displacement sensor has features of simple structure,steady function,adapting to bad environment,and so on.It has wide application in spaceflight and aviation,military and civil.But its apply range is limited because of its lower precision and poorer dynamic response.Potentiometer angular displacement sensor measuring system is introduced in this paper.And dynamic response function is emphasized on 3th order lowpass filters are designed to improve dynamic response and increase accuracy of measured signals.The simulation using MATLAB realize the amplitude and frequency peculiarities under the input of unit step signal.And the dynamic feature indexes of system are analyzed.
