摘要
通过对8种不同来源的桑黄菌株进行斜面及平板菌丝的培养与观察、拮抗试验分析,结果表明,8种不同来源的桑黄菌株其菌丝形态、生长特性及拮抗现象等方面存在不同程度的差异,初步表明了其亲缘关系的远近.
There several aspects of eight different sources Phellinus linteu were studied： the culture observation of petri-dish mycelium and test-tube incline mycelium,experiment of antagonism and so on.The results showed that different sources Phellinus linteu were different in mycelial morphology,growth characteristics,antagonistic phenomena and so on,and their affinity were preliminary demonstrated.
