摘要
如何解决高校大学生欠费问题,从社会、学校、学生三个方面可以分析其原因,并在此基础上提出解决对策,即进一步加大国家对高等教育的投入保障;进一步完善并全面落实对困难学生的资助政策;加大对学生的法制教育和诚信教育;学校建立健全收费管理制度。
How can the problem of owing college tuition on purpose among college students be solved？ Causes are analyzed from three aspects： society,school and students,based on this,countermeasures are proposed,namely,to further increase the guarantee mechanism of input;perfect and implement the subsidy policy on needy students;enhance the law education and integrity education among college students;set up a perfect tuition management system.
