摘要
完善公共财政支出结构是我国建立公共财政体制的关键,对于建设服务型政府,保障民生,促进经济社会稳定协调发展具有重要作用。按照市场经济国家基本标准来衡量,目前我国财政支出结构还存在一定的问题,应进一步完善我国公共财政支出结构,提高财政支出效益,适应经济社会发展对公共财政的要求。
Perfecting the public finance expenditure structure is the key to building up China＇s public finance system,and it is very important for constructing service-oriented government,guaranteeing people＇s livelihood and promoting stable and coordinated development of economic society.According to the basic standard of the market economy country,some problems still exist in the expenditure structure of China＇s public finance.China＇s public finance expenditure structure should be further perfected,the profit of public finance expenditure should be increased to adapt to the request of economic social development of public finance.
