摘要
为了防范和控制石化企业发生事故时或事故过程中产生的物料泄漏和污水对周边水体环境的污染及危害,降低环境风险,以江苏某石化企业为例,通过对污染风险及存在问题的分析,根据国家相关规定,建立了完善的三级防控措施,对水体风险实现了源头、过程、终端三级防控;并结合健全的污染事故紧急处理体系,在事故发生时能及时处理,避免了重大环境污染事故的发生,为面临同样问题的石化企业提供参考.
Accidential sewage will lead the environment pollution to the water body if discharged without any treatment.According to the relevant national regulations,it is essential to build up sophisticated three-level system of preventing and controlling for wastewater in petrochemical enterprises.Take petrochemical enterprises in Jiangsu province as an example,it realized the three-level system： source,process and terminal for preventing and controlling of water,reconciled the co-exist between enterprise development and environmental protection and established a good corporate image.
