摘要
由于现行机动车的交通管理存在严重滞后,报废车、假牌、套牌、未缴罚款、未买交强险、未按期年检等违法车辆严重影响了正常的交通秩序和交通安全,为加强对这些违法车辆的查处,满足现代交通的需要,将先进的RFID技术引入智能化交通管理中,提出了基于RFID的车辆不停车稽查系统,即在车辆上安装防拆卸的RFID电子标签,并同时在高速公路出入口、限速路段等已安装摄像装置的相关路段上安装RFID阅读器,当违法车辆经过此路段时系统即会发出报警声,从而提示执法人员将其缉拿.该系统可以大大提高交通管理部门对违法车辆的查处效率,具有广阔的应用前景和应用价值.
As the lagging of current traffic management,such as the vehicle which is abandoned,or with fake license plate,uses other license plate,unpaid fines,no traffic insurance,no scheduled annual inspection and other illegal things,it is seriously affect the normal traffic order and traffic safety.To strengthen the investigation of these illegal vehicles to meet the needs of modern traffic,therefore,advanced RFID technology was taken into intelligent traffic management,no parking inspection system based on RFID is put forward.Unremovable RFID label is installed on vehicle,and RFID reader is installed on highway access and speed limit section where image device has been installed already.When the illegal vehicle passes the road section,the system will give alarm sound to police automatically,and have criminals brought to justice immediately.The system can increase efficiency of investigating and treating illegal vehicles for traffic management department.It is believed that the system has a wide application prospect and practical value.
