摘要
针对大型畜牧养殖场急需实现饲料加工设备及传送装置的机械化作业,提出采用功能元法设计该设备的方法与过程.利用功能元法即通过总功能分析、功能分解、功能求解、方案比较及协调性设计等步骤设计出能够实现预定功能的饲料加工及传送装置的方案,并设计出能够实现大型畜牧养殖场机械化作业的饲料添加、混合、粉碎及运送过程的车载装置.实践证明,利用功能元法能够设计出符合使用要求的机械设计方案,为后续机械设备的研制提供设计思路,说明该方法是一种可行的创新设计方法.
Aim at the problem of mechanization for feed processing and transportation device which is much-needed from lage-scale livestock farm,a scheme design process with functional methods was provided.Using functional methods with total functional analysis,function decomposition,function solution,scheme comparison,coordination design and more,a scheme which can meet the need of feed processing and transportation was designed,the mechanization scheme for huge livestock farm is include feeding,mixing,crushing and transportation.Practice proved that： functional methods can design the scheme of desired machines,and more ideas were provided to follow-up design,and it’s a practicable way to innovation design.
