摘要
在分析高校教师专业发展内涵、信息技术环境下高校教师专业发展途径的基础上,提出了基于网络教育资源库的高校教师专业发展新途径.以教育技术学专业为例,详细论述了网络教育资源库在高校教师专业发展过程中的有效作用.
By analyzing the developmental connotation and ways of college teacher education in the context of information technology,the article advances some new ways of college teacher education development based on the Internet education repository.Taking education technology specialty for example,the article talks about the functions of the Internet education repository in the developmental process of college teacher education.
