摘要
目的探讨预防和减少肺癌脑转移患者在住院期间发生安全意外的护理措施。方法采用便利抽样法选取2006年1月至2007年12月某院36例住院肺癌脑转移患者为对照组,实施传统护理方法;同法选择2008年1月至2009年12月某院53例住院肺癌脑转移患者为观察组,实施预见性护理措施。比较两组患者安全意外事件发生情况。结果观察组患者安全意外发生率明显降低,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理措施能有效地减少和预防肺癌脑转移患者安全意外的发生,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To probe into the nursing measures for preventing and reducing the occurrence rate of unsafe events for lung cancer inpatients with brain metastases.Methods By convenience sampling method,36 lung cancer inpatients with brain metastases from January 2006 to December 2007 were selected as the control group to undergo routine nursing approach.Similarly,53 lung cancer inpatients with brain metastases from January 2008 to December 2009 were designated as an observational group to undergo predicting safety nursing measures.The occurrence rates of unexpected unsafe events were compared between the two groups.Results The occurrence rate of unexpected unsafe events was significantly lower in the observational group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The predicting nursing countermeasures can effectively reduce and prevent the occurrence of unexpected unsafe things of lung cancer patients with brain metastases,and improve the life quality of inpatients.
