摘要
采用示差扫描量热法、X射线和扫描电镜等研究含磷和无磷Li_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2(LAS)低膨胀透明微晶玻璃的析晶动力学和晶化过程,分析P_2O_5对LAS微晶玻璃晶化过程和微观结构的影响。结果表明:P_2O_5可以影响玻璃的玻璃分相和晶体相转变过程。一方面P_2O_5可以作为很好的晶核诱导剂,诱导核化需要的两相分离,有利于晶体的成核和长大;另一方面会增加结晶活化能(E),使玻璃网络结构重排困难,并存在α-锂辉石向β-锂辉石得转变过程,抑制晶粒生长。
The crystallization process and kinetics of ultralow -expansion lithium aluminosilcate glass ceramics were investigated using differential scanning calorimetric(DSC),X - ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and other measuring technologies,and the effects of phosphate on the crystallization mechanism and structure of glass ceramics were analyzed.The results show that the introduction of phosphorous can influence the glass phase separation and phase transition process.On the one hand,phosphorus pentoxide can be as effective nucleation induction agent to result in phase separate, which is beneficial to the nucleation and crystal growth;on the other hand,it can increase the crystallization active energy(E),make glass network structure rearrange difficultly,and restrain the grain growth.
