摘要
通常作为简单压力容器,空压机储气罐一直被认为是比较安全的一种特种设备。但是如果由于其设计、制造、安装、使用管理等各个环节不规范,各种安全隐患积累综合作用,也有可能发生爆炸事故,甚至导致人身伤亡等严重后果。通过事故案例,综合分析了可能导致空压机储气罐事故的多种因素,并结合相关标准和安全规程,总结了空压机储气罐事故的预防措施和安全要求。
Being a sort of simple pressure vessel,compressor air receiver has always been considered as a kind of safe equipment.But it will also be dangerous if anything goes wrong in the process of design,manufacture,assembly,operation or management,sometimes even causing explosion and casualties.In this paper,a variety of factors which may cause compressor air receiver accidents were discussed by presenting practical cases.According to the related standards and security regulations,safety requirements of compressor air receiver were summarized to prevent such similar accidents while using this kind of equipment.
