摘要
目的:探讨综合干预在人工流产围术期的应用效果。方法:将300例早孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组各150例。对照组除给予口头安慰外不采取其他任何措施。观察组在此基础上实施综合干预。内容包括:术前、术后的健康教育、术中无痛及全程人本主义关怀。观察两组患者出血量、人工流产综合征发生率及对护理工作的满意度。结果:经综合干预后,观察组患者人流综合征的发生率明显低于对照组,满意度则明显高于对照组,均P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论:对人工流产围术期患者实施综合干预的方式值得在临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the application effect of comprehensive preoperative on induced abortion in peri-operation period.Methods：A total of 300 patients of early pregnancy patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group（n=150） and control group（n=150）.In addition to verbal comfort,the patient of control group didn＇t take any measure.The observation group taken implement an comprehensive preoperation.It involved preoperative and postoperative health education,intraoperative painless and human-based care.Observed two group patients,intraoperative blood loss,induced abortion syndrome of ADR and customer satisfaction of patients about nursing care.Results：After comprehensive preoperative.the technical data of two groups patients,induced abortion syndrome of ADR were lower than control group.But the technical data of customer satisfaction of patients about nursing care was higher than control group（P0.01）,it was statistically significant.Conclusion：The comprehensive preoperative on induced abortion in peri-operation period is worth of clinical application.
