摘要
目的:探讨超声在腹部脏器损伤检查中的应用效果。方法:对125例腹腔脏器损伤者行腹部常规扫查。结果:本组125例均经手术证实,超声诊断符合者113例,符合率为90.4%。125例中肝脾破裂损伤50例,超声检查诊断符合者45例(90.0%)。空腔脏器损伤40例,超声诊断符合者36例(90.0%)。宫外孕破裂损伤20例,超声诊断符合者19例(95.0%)。其他破裂损伤15例,超声诊断符合者13例(86.7%)。结论:超声时腹部脏器闭合性损伤的应用,可及时判断腹部脏器损伤的程度和种类,为临床提供手术依据及处理方案,是首选而重要的诊断方法。
Objective：To investigate effects of abdominal ultrasound examination of organ damage.Methods：125 cases of abdominal organ injuries were taken with conventional abdominal scan.Results：125 patients were confirmed by surgery,ultrasound diagnosis were 113 cases,the rate was 90.4%.125 cases of ruptured liver and spleen injuries in 50 cases,ultrasound diagnosis in 45 cases（90.0%）.40 cases of injury of hollow organs,ultrasonic diagnosis in 36 cases（90.0%）.Ruptured ectopic pregnancy injury in 20 cases,19 cases of ultrasound diagnosis（95.0%）.Other fracture in 15 cases,ultrasound diagnosis in 13 patients（86.7%）.Conclusion：Ultrasound of blunt abdominal organs injured when the application of abdominal organ injury in time to determine the extent and type of surgery to provide the basis for clinical and treatment programs,and important is the preferred diagnostic method.
