摘要
对接受大剂量激素治疗的急重症支气管哮喘病人进行中医病机、证候的分析。提出激素治疗期多易出现阴虚阳亢型 ;减量期为气阴两虚型 ;小剂量维持及停用期为阴阳两虚、气血不足型。指出应循其规律 ,调整阴阳 ,综观整体 。
After analyzing TCM pathogenesis and syndromes of the bronchial asthma patients in acute and grave cases who had received large doses of hormonotherapy, we found many patients show the syndrome of hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency . During decrement of hormonotherapy it appeared as deficiency of both qi and yin . In small-dosage maintenance and withdrawal period, it changed to deficiency of both yin and yang, whole blood insufficient type. So the TCM treatment should be based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition.
