摘要
采用 6× 6拉丁方设计。按十二经脉分为 12个实验组 ,分别在戌时 ( 2 0∶0 0 )、子时 ( 0 0∶0 0 )、寅时 ( 0 4∶0 0 )、辰时 ( 0 8∶0 0 )、午时 ( 12∶0 0 )、申时 ( 16∶0 0 )电针正常青年人的十二经五输穴与内关穴。结果发现 :⑴针刺后对正常青年人免疫功能影响的差异不明显 ,只有针刺前的RFIR在大肠经的阳溪穴与其他穴位之间、针刺前后RFIR差值在胃经的陷谷穴与内关穴之间、针刺后的RFER在三焦经组不同穴位之间的差异有显著意义 (均P <0 0 5 )。⑵不同时辰电针十二经五输穴与内关穴可使正常青年人的免疫功能发生不同变化。
In this experiment, we used 6×6 Latin square experimental design. The immune indices were measured respectively before and after electro acupuncture (EA) at the time of 20:00, 24:00, 04:00, 08:00, 12:00 and 16:00 in one day. The results showed that the effects of EA at Five Shu Points of twelve regular channels and Neiguan at different time have no significant difference on the immunological function of young adults. But the immune indices were changed when EA on different points at different time. There also was significant difference in different subjects. The results of present experiments indicate that the time related factors play an important role in the effects of EA and different effects of EA exist in different young adults.
