摘要
目的通过对多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的检测以评价MM患者机体的免疫功能状态。方法采用流式细胞术检测36例MM患者和25例健康志愿者外周血T、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞及CD4+CD25+T细胞的表达。结果与正常对照组相比,MM患者外周血的CD4、CD19细胞的表达显著下调,CD8细胞的表达显著上调,CD4/CD8比值则显著降低(P<0.05或<0.01);MM患者外周血的CD4+CD25+T细胞占CD3+T细胞的比例明显增高(P<0.01),且与血清中的β2-MG浓度成正相关(γ=0.56,P<0.05)。结论 MM患者体内存在淋巴细胞亚群的异常表达、CD4+CD25+Treg细胞的异常扩增,可能是MM患者体内广泛存在免疫缺陷的一个主要原因。
Objective To evaluate immune function of patients with MM by detect the changes of the lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with MM.Methods T lymphocyte subsets,B cells,NK cells and CD4＋CD25＋T cells in peripheral blood of 36 patients with MM and 25 healthy donors were measured by flow cytometry.Results Compared with the control group,the percentage of CD4,CD19,CD4/CD8 were reduced and the percentage of the CD8 was elevated in patients with MM.CD4＋CD25＋T cells/CD3＋T cells ratio was increased in patients with MM than that in controls,and was positively correlated with the level of β2-MG（γ=0.56,P0.05）.Conclusion MM Patients have a disorder of T,B lymphocyte subsets and have an abnormal amplification of CD4＋CD25＋Treg cells,which may be an important mechanism of MM immune deficiency.
