摘要
为解决制动系统部件测试工艺繁琐、测试设备多的问题,开发了一种柔性闭环控制系统,用于测试制动系统关键部件。构建了柔性闭环系统通用控制平台,提出了电磁阀柔性关闭数学模型,分析了影响试验台精度的因素及提高精度的措施,并采用事件驱动、软件重用和组件连接方式开发了用于测试制动系统部件性能的测控软件。根据制动系统部件输入口、控制方式和技术指标,将该控制平台用于制动系统部件试验台,应用结果验证了该柔性闭环控制系统的可靠性和实用性。
To solve problems such as cumbersome testing process of brake system parts and many testing equipments,flexible closed-loop control system was developed to test key parts in brake system.At first,general control platform was established based on flexible closed-loop control system,and then mathematical model of flexible closed solenoid valve was set up.Furthermore,main influencing factors to the testing bench's precision were analyzed and some measures were taken to improve testing accuracy.By using event-driven,software reuse and component connections,testing software for brake system parts performance was developed.Based on parts input,control mode and technical index of brake system,flexible closed-loop control system was used on testing bench of brake system parts.Finally,the results demonstrated that the flexible closed-loop control system was both effective and reliable with good applicability.
