2型糖尿病患者HCY与尿微量白蛋白及高敏C反应蛋白相关研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸、尿微量白蛋白及超敏C反应蛋白在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的临床诊断鼢值。方法2008年12月~2009年12月在笔者所在医院住院183例糖尿病患者用酶法测定同型半胱氨酸,用免疫比浊法测定尿微量白蛋白及超敏c反应蛋白等进行分析。结果DM1组与正常对照相比三项结果差异均有统计学意义。结论联合检测HCY、HS—CRP、malb,对早期监测糖尿病肾病的发生发展、对早期治疗,延缓肾功能的恶化,提高患者的生存质量,具有很好的指导意义。 Objective To explore clinical value of homocysteine, urinary microalbumine and hypersensitive c -reactive protein in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods From December 2008 to December 2009,183 patients were collected with diabetes to detect homocysteine analyzed by enzymatic method, urinary microalbumine and hypersensitive c - reactive protein analyzed by immune turbidity method. Results Compared with the control group, DM1 group have significant differences in three results. Conclusion It has good guidance significance to detect homocysteine, together with urinary microalbumine and hypersensitive c - reactive protein for monitoring diabetic nephropathy development, early treatment, delay the deterioration of renal function and improve quality of life of patients.
