摘要 针对加工工艺设计相关制造活动对产品制造信息的需求,通过特征信息建模将几何形状与制造信息相结合,建立了层次化产品制造特征信息定义框架。在此基础上,建立制造特征类型和制造特征实例概念及其描述,提出了产品零件制造特征信息实例化方法。建立了制造特征类型库,对制造特征类型的种类进行定义、拓展和存储;基于制造特征类型,根据产品设计的已有信息获取产品制造特征实例信息,将产品模型转化为基于制造特征的信息集合。建立了产品制造特征实例信息库,并存储产品制造特征实例信息,持续向后续制造活动提供所需要的产品制造特征信息。以某企业零件为例说明获取零件制造特征信息的过程,验证了所提方法的有效性。 Aiming at the requirements for product manufacturing information to machining process,a hierarchical product manufacturing feature information definition framework was constructed by feature-based information modeling in which geometry shape and manufacturing information of the model was integrated.Based on this,concepts and descriptions of manufacturing feature type and manufacturing feature instance were proposed,and a product manufacturing feature information instantiation method was put forward.In the study,manufacturing feature type database was built to define,extend and store manufacturing feature type information.With manufacturing feature type,product manufacturing feature information can be obtained from product model information,and the product model can then be transferred and stored to information set based on manufacturing feature.Product manufacturing feature instance database was built to store product manufacturing feature instance information and to support following manufacturing activities with required product manufacturing information.Finally,an example was used to verify the approach of obtaining the product manufacturing information and the validity of the proposed method.
