摘要
随着我国客运专线的相继开通,其票价受到了多方面的关注。客运专线票价制定与以往有了改变,但也遭受质疑。对客运专线票价进行综合评价,有助于更加合理的制定票价。本文综合考虑了影响客运专线票价的各种因素,建立了评价指标体系;提出了对于隶属度值以模糊区间数这种不确定形式给出,构建了模糊区间综合评价模型,并结合实例探讨了该法的可行性。
Along with the opening of passenger dedicated line one after another in China, its ticket price has received wide attention. The ticket price formulation for passenger railway traffic has changed, and at the same time is also questioned. Comprehensive evaluation of passenger dedicated line ticket price would facilitate to develop a more reasonable ticket fare. This paper considers the factors influencing passenger dedicated line ticket price synthetically and establishes the system of evaluation index, proposes to express the membership values in an uncertain form of fuzzy interval numbers, sets up the fuzzy interval comprehensive evaluation model, and proves the feasibility of the method with an example.
