摘要
政府信息资源的开发对于政府和公众都极为重要,分析了我国政府信息资源开发的基本现状,阐述了政府信息资源开发的四种基本模式,并对其进行比较分析,提出了政府信息资源的评价方式与方法。
The development of the government information resources is extremely important to the government and the public.In this paper,the basic situation of the government information resources development was analyzed and four kinds of basic modes were elaborated and compared.Finally,the evaluation method was proposed.
