摘要
生物学软件是生物科学研究当中不可缺少的应用工具,很多种生物学软件都运行在开放的Linux操作系统上,AndLinux是一个基于Windows的Ubuntu Linux系统。介绍了AndLinux的安装和使用,以及Linux系统下一些常用的生物学软件包。
Bio-software is the indispensable tool in the biological study and research,many of which are running on the open Linux operation system.AndLinux is a Ubuntu Linux based on Windows.In this paper,the installation and use of AndLinux were demonstrated,as well as some common Bio-software packages under Linux system.
