摘要
针对传统的手工管理已不适应当前科研迅速发展要求的问题,开发出将科研管理与Internet融合到一起的科研项目管理系统,提高了管理效率。介绍了一个采用Jsp进行设计的基于三层架构的科研项目管理系统,探讨了系统的体系结构、功能及其实现的关键技术。实践运行结果表明,该系统满足及时性和跨地域性的办公信息化的需求,大大地改善了管理方式。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional management by hand can＇t keep up with the current speed of science,the scientific research project management system was developed with the combination of scientific research management and internet in order to promote the management efficiency.In this paper,a three-layers scientific research project management system based on Web was introduced and att the same time,the system＇s architecture,functions and key technology are also explained.The test results showed that the system was fit for the requirement of information technology without the limitation of time and space and the management way was greatly improved.
