摘要
采用正交实验法对40CrMn钢进行了脉冲电场作用下的研究,找出了降低40CrMn钢淬火加热温度和缩短保温时间的工艺参数,且其硬度比常规淬火高2~3 HRC.并进行了相应的新工艺实验,得到了40CrMn钢较理想的马氏体组织,改善了40CrMn钢的淬火组织和机械性能,提高了工作效率,降低了成本.
Through the orthogonal,the structure of 40CrMn steel quenching was studied under the action of pulse-electric field in this paper.The results has found the parameters to reduce the heating temperature of quenching and shorten the holding time,and its hardness is 2~3HRC higher than that of quenching under common condition.The Ma-organization and distribution could be improved obviously.The process could improve work efficiency and reduce costs.
