摘要
高浓度含盐有机废水经过脱盐系统的一效蒸发后,首先将有机溶剂分离出,再经精溜将各种溶剂分离;其余部分经过三效蒸发后,将盐、大分子杂环副产物蒸出;从脱盐系统出来的有机冷凝水汇入不含盐的工艺废水以及生活废水进行生化处理.生化处理采用兼氧和CASS装置组合处理方式,不仅可以降低系统中的氨氮含量还使有机物氧化分解;增加臭氧氧化装置进行脱色、除臭,可使COD进一步降低,色级大大提高,最后达标排放.
The organic solvent is firstly separated from the high concentration organic wastewater through the single-effect evaporation of desalination system,and then the other organic solvents are separated via distillation.The salt and by-products of heterocyclic molecules are isolated via triple-effect evaporation.The organic condensate from desalination system combines with salt-free process water and domestic wastewater for biological treatment.The combination of oxygen and installation of CASS can not only reduce the ammonia content of the system,but also make organic oxidative decomposition;adding ozone oxidation installation for decoloring and deodorization can further reduce the value of COD,increase color level greatly,and meet the standard of discharge.
