摘要 简单硝酸锌水溶液中采用两步法电沉积技术在ITO导电玻璃衬底上沉积出透明致密ZnO薄膜.利用X射线衍射、热重—差热、光致发光谱和透射光谱对样品的结构、组成和光学性能进行了表征.结果表明:所制备的ZnO具有六角纤锌矿结构,平均粒径为纳米级,组成稳定、单一.光学测试结果表明其具有良好的发光性能,可见光区透光度高达80%. Transparent and compact ZnO films had been deposited by the two-step electrodeposited technique onto the ITO conducting glass substrates from a simple zinc nitrate aqueous solution.The structures,composition and optical properties of samples were characterized by XRD,TG-DSC,PL and transmission spectra techniques.The results indicated that as-prepared ZnO had a hexagonal wurtzite structure,its particle diameter was in nanometer scale averagely,and its composition was steady and simple.Optical test results showed that such films exhibited good photoluminescence behaviors and high optical transmittance(up to 80%) in the visible band.
