摘要
针对国内日益凸显的大学毕业生就业问题,以佳木斯大学材料工程类专业的本科生为例,就大学生树立正确的择业观和就业观,着重在成才教育、全员服务和就业市场的开拓上提出了一些建设性的对策。这些对策都是在多年来的工作实践中的总结,对同类院校的毕业生就业问题具有一定的引领作用。
This paper,according to the problem of undergraduates employment which had highlight more and more inland,taking the material engineering undergraduate of Jiamusi University for example particularly,helps the undergradutes setup correct sense of job selecting and employment.It proposes somen constructive countermeasure,which accents on the brain education,the entire personnel service and the creating of employment market.These countermeasures are all the summaries from practice for years,provide the undergraduate students of the same kind academy with some guides as to the problem of employment.
