摘要
在灰铸铁产品金相组织中经常会出现E型石墨,E型石墨的存在严重影响了灰铸铁的性能,遗传因素是E型石墨产生的主要原因。在铁水孕育处理过程中加入增碳剂和加入硅钡复合孕育剂,能够有效抑制E型石墨的产生。
The E type graphite found constantly in metallographic structure of grey cast iron affects the property of gray cast iron seriously.The genetic factor is the main reason for the E type graphite.The E type graphite can be effectively restrained by adding carburant and Si-Ba multi-compound inoculant during the liquid iron inoculation.
