摘要
1例74a女性患者,因严重骨质疏松首次给予唑来膦酸注射液5mg静脉滴注。用药第2天,患者出现头晕、头痛、胸痛、全身关节疼痛加重,BP160/80mmHg,T38.4℃。给予硝酸甘油、吸氧、吲哚美辛、塞来昔布、眩晕宁等对症治疗,14d后患者症状好转。
A 74-year-old woman with severe osteoporosis received an intravenous infusion of zoledronic acid injection 5 mg.On day 2,the patient developed dizziness,headache,chest pain and aggravation of arthralgia.Her temperature was 38.4 ℃,and the blood pressure was 160/80 mmHg.The therapy of oxygen inhalation,nitroglycerin,indomethacin,celecoxib and Xuanyunning was given for symptomatic treatment.Fourteen days later,her symptoms improved.
