摘要
目的:评价《中国药物应用与监测》杂志收到的药学类稿件的质量,分析主要的退稿原因,为即将投稿的作者提供参考。方法:利用Excel表归纳《中国药物应用与监测》杂志2008-2009年收到的药学论文录用和退稿情况,分析退稿论文的主要类型及其退稿原因。结果:《中国药物应用与监测》杂志2008-2009年退稿论文共424篇,退稿率为60.40%。退稿论文的主要类型为综述(19.10%),其次为实验研究类、用药分析类、病例报道类、临床评价类论文等;主要的退稿原因为实用性差(占29.48%),即重复性研究、讨论肤浅、文献陈旧、无新观点等;其次为科学性差(占22.88%),即设计不合理、方法有误、数据不可信等,包括病例adr判定不成立等。结论:应加强临床药学类论文的实用性和科学性。
Objective：To analyze the main reasons for rejection of pharmaceutical manuscripts in Chinese Journal of Drug Application and Monitoring during 2008-2009 and provide references for the authors.Methods：To summarize the main article types and reasons for rejection of pharmaceutical manuscripts contributed to Chinese Journal of Drug Application and Monitoring in 2008-2009 by excel,and analyze the common problems of pharmaceutical manuscripts.Results：There were 424 pharmaceutical manuscripts for rejection（60.40%）,and the main article type of the rejections was overview（19.10%）,followed by experimental study,drug analysis,case report and clinical evaluation.The main reasons for rejection were relevant to poor practicability such as repeated study and superficial discussion,dated literatures,obsolete viewpoint,which occupied 29.48%;lack of scientificity such as irrational designs,improper methods and incredible results accounted for 22.88%.Conclusion：The author should pay attention to improving practicability and scientificity of pharmaceutical manuscripts.
