摘要
自我同一性,也称自我统合,是青年大学生人格发展的关键性阶段任务。当代大学生因自我意识的成熟与周遭环境变迁,自我认同越发困难,易产生一些诸如焦虑、失落、无所适从、人际交往障碍等心理困扰和行为问题。这恰恰反映了当代大学生在其心理素质的适应、发展与自组织功能上存在的不足。因此,作为大学生健全心理素质培养的核心内容,从其自我同一性发展的可塑性入手,引发教育心理研究者的长期关注与探索。
Self-identity, also known as self-integration, is the critical stage task of young college students’ personality development. Due to the maturity of self-consciousness and the transition of surrounding environment, it is even more difficult for contemporary college students to realize self-identification, which inclines to cause psychological distress and behavior problems such as anxiety, depression, confusion and interpersonal barriers. This only indicates contemporary college students’ deficiency in their psychological qualities to adapt, develop and self-organizing. Hence, as the core content of college students developing their psychological quality, educational psychology researchers raise long-term concern over it and explore it by studying the plasticity of college students’ self-identity development.
