摘要
目的:了解浮石、石花两种矿物药材及其水煎液中无机元素含量,从所含微量元素角度为两药可否通用提供物质基础依据。方法:采用微波消解法对药材进行消解处理后,利用电感耦合等离子体光谱-质谱检测原药材及其水煎液中14种无机元素含量。结果:海浮石水煎液的溶出成分含量与未煎煮品有较大差异,水煎液中的微量元素含量远低于生品药材,仅为1‰;浮石中Si、Al、Fe、Mn、Zn、Sn、Cu含量均高于石花,且存在显著性差异。结论:虽浮石、石花皆有清热化痰、软坚散结、利尿通淋的作用,但元素含量有较大差异,应将其加以区分,规范使用。
Objective:To investigate the ingredients and contents of the inorganic elements in two kinds of mineral medicine(float stone and stone flower) and their decoctions,and provide the basic data on the contents of trace elements for whether or not the two kinds of mineral medicine are equivalent.Methods:The samples were treated with microwave resolution method,and then the 14 kinds of inorganic elements in the two crude medicines and their decoctions were determined by ICP-AES and ICP-MS method.Results:There were large differences in the contents of ingredients between the decoction and the crude medicine of pumice,the total contents of trace elements was much lower in decoction(only 1‰) than in crude medicine.However,the contents of Si,Al,Fe,Mn,Zn,Sn and Cu were higher in float stone than in stone flower,with the significant difference.Conclusion:Both of float stone and stone flower have the functions of clearing away heat from the lung and resolving phlegm,softening the hard and resolving mass,inducing diuresis and treating stranguria.But there were differences in the contents of the elements between two kinds of mineral medicine.The application of float stone and stone flower should be differentiated and standardized.
