摘要
胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中指出,"就业是民生之本","积极做好高校毕业生就业工作"。当前,我国毕业生就业市场的雏形已初步形成,但是与之相适应的毕业生就业市场的运行机制尚未完全建立起来,因而影响了毕业生就业市场的发展,影响了毕业生的充分就业。在新的形势下,福建应该如何构建和维护高校毕业生就业市场是摆在政府有关部门、高校、毕业生面前的一道重要课题。
