摘要
为分离具有高效降解烟碱能力的菌株,以湖南省浏阳县烟草土壤为菌株来源,使用选择性培养基进行初筛和复筛,并对高效降解菌株做菌落形态、个体形态和生理生化鉴定。通过试验,初筛到13株能降解烟碱的菌株,复筛得到降解烟碱活性最高的细菌菌株F4。它能在以烟碱为唯一碳源和氮源的培养基中生长良好,在液体烟碱培养基中培养14 d,能将培养液中的烟碱降解87.51%。根据形态特征和理化分析结果,初步鉴定该菌为肠杆菌科摩根氏菌属摩氏摩根氏菌亚种(Morganella fulton morganella mor-ganii subsp)。
In order to obtain microbes with high nicotine degrading ability,tobacco soil from Liuyang county in Hunan province was used for source of strains,and selective medium were used for screening and rescreening to identify the best nicotine degrading strain by colony morphology,individual patterns,and physiological and biochemical characteristics.Results showed that 13 strains can degrade nicotine in selective medium.By rescreening,bacterial strain F4 was found to have the strongest ability to degrade nicotine.F4 grew well in liquid culture medium in which nicotine was the sole carbon and nitrogen source.87.51% nicotine in medium was degraded in 14 days.Based on physiology and biochemistry characters,strain F4 was identified as Morganella fulton morganella morganii subsp.
