摘要
对一种无人机专用二冲程四缸水平对置活塞式汽油发动机上双TILLOTSON无浮子膜片式化油器进行了研究。通过对化油器增设机械式省油器(EIR)和高度补偿器(AC),解决不同功率输出时,功率混合气和经济混合气在地面与空中飞行之需求。研究中EIR开关路径采用节气门轴旋转副式、在80%最大功率开启;EIR油路分两路,一路定截面,一路由AC控制变截面;AC采用弹性元件结构,其结构和参数进行了全面考虑。此研究完善了一种膜片式化油器,使其在各工况供应合理空燃比混合气,提高了续航时间和飞行高度。
We present an investigation on the TILLOTSON dual non-floater diaphragm carburetor,specifically for two-stroke,four-cylinder,horizontally contra-positioned UAV piston gas engines.By installing a mechanical fuel economizer(EIR)together with an altitude compensator(AC)onto the carburetor,its power mixture and economic mixture well meets the ground and high-altitude flight demands at different power.The switching of EIR is controlled by a rolling mate of throttle shutter shaft with being triggered at 80% of the maximum power.The fuel circuit of the EIR is made of two paths,of which one is responsible for fixing the cross section and the other one is for adjusting the cross section as controlled by an AC system.The AC unit is constructed by elastic components.The correlated AC structures together with its parameters are also addressed in this paper.Our study facilitates the optimization of a specific diaphragm carburetor,which enables the best-matching supply of the A/F ratio mixture for the engine performed at various flight conditions leading to a great improvement on the UAV flight time and altitude.
