摘要
设计开发了微机控制电感点火试验装置,根据预先给定的点火提前角曲线对发动机点火时刻进行精确控制。点火能量试验表明点火器点火能量高、火花稳定。将电感点火器装在发动机和整车上进行性能和工况法排放试验,得到较好的试验效果,发动机性能有所提高、整车排放数值有所降低。
Motorcycle inductance igniter controlled by micro-computer is designed and developed.The igniter can precisely control the ignition advanced angle according to the given sparking curve in advance.The ignition energy test shows that ignition energy is higher and sparks are stable.The engine and motorcycle tests indicate that engine performance has been promoted,and emission value has been decreased when equipped with the igniter.
