摘要
农村法制建设重在对农民法律权利的保护。农民尤其需要法制来实现其平等权益、民主权益和财产权益。农民缺少法律权利知识和合法维权方式的指导,政府为此应提供必要的法律服务。
The rural legal construction focuses on protecting the rights and interests of farmers.Farmers need the legal system to realize their equal rights,democratic rights and property rights.What farmers lack is the knowledge of the legal right and the guidance to safeguard it,The government should offer legal help for farmers to protect their legitimate rights.
