摘要
宁波市人才中介机构近几年取得了一定的成绩,但在总体实力、区域机构分布、服务人员素质、内部管理、外部环境等方面还存在不少问题。文章采取问卷调查以及深度访谈等调查方法,对宁波市人才中介机构的现状进行探析,探寻仍然存在的问题,从内外两个方面阐述其产生原因和机制,同时提出了相应的解决办法。
In recent years,Ningbo talent agencies have achieved some results,but the overall strength,territorial organization distribution,services,personnel quality,internal management and external situation and so many problems still exist.The article takes some methods of investigation such as paper questionnaire and interview to explore the current situation of the talent agencies in Ningbo.We understand what have achieved and explore the problems that still exist.The article expatiates on its causes and mechanisms from both inside and outside,and gives the corresponding solutions combining with the financial crisis affecting in the economic background.
