摘要
合法性是政党的生命,执政党必须重视合法性的巩固和开发。中国共产党执政以后,对合法性进行了维护和重构。从显性合法性和隐性合法性的分类处着手,研究中国共产党执政合法性的开发过程,提出解决中国转型时期中共所面临的合法性危机的出路——走显性合法性和隐性合法性双向良性互动发展道路。
Political legitimacy is the life of the party.The ruling party must pay attention to legitimacy.Since in power status,the Chinese communist party has developed the dominant legitimacy by the system of people＇s congresses,the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation.They have consolidated and rebuilt occult legitimacy by the economy performance and ideology.The CPC should go on the way from the dominant legitimacy and occult legitimacy to raise the legitimacy and face the crisis in the transition period.
