摘要
通过比较研究,我们发现中日两国土地征收无论在宪法还是在法律中均存在一定的差异,也反映了我国土地征收立法的缺陷。我国应借鉴日本的先进经验,完善土地征收立法。
By comparative study,we can find that there are differences in land levy between China and Japan in constitution and law.It reflects the legislative defect of our country＇s land levy.China should learn advanced experiences from Japan to perfect the legislation of land levy.
