外伤性小瘘口颈内动脉海绵窦瘘 被引量：3

摘要 目的：探讨外伤性小瘘口预内动脉海绵窦瘘（CCF）的临床特点及治疗方法。方法：通过8例外伤性小瘘口CCF病例的回顾性分析，阐明其临床特点。在数字减影血管造影（DSA）监视下，通过微导管用机械解脱性弹簧圈（MDS）推进系统将可脱性弹簧自瘘口逐个推入海绵窦消灭瘘口。并对外伤性小瘘口CCF的临床特点及治疗技术要点进行讨论。结果：8例外伤性小瘘口CCF病例全部治愈，无复发病例。结论：外伤性小瘘口CCF有其独特的临床特点；通过微导管用MDS推进系统推入可脱性弹簧，是有效的治疗方法。
