摘要
火电厂除尘、脱硫、脱硝等设施的投运,导致了厂用电的大幅增加。针对此,对环保设施关键能耗点进行了分析研究,认为:除了环保设施固有特性对能耗有影响外,还存在设备、设计、运行管理等方面的问题。提出:在确保环保效率的基础上,通过技术措施、运行调整和管理手段来降低用电量。
The operation of dust removal,desulfurization,denitrification facilities in thermal power plants leads to the considerable increase in auxiliary power consumption.Therefore,key energy consumption points of environmental protection facilities are investigated.It is concluded that besides the influence of environmental protection facilities' inherent characteristics,there also exist problems in such aspects as equipment,design and operation management.It is proposed that while ensuring the efficiency of environmental protection,technical measures,operation adjustment and management means should be adopted to reduce power consumption.
