摘要
分析了重型燃气轮机负荷特性的影响因素,提出了研究重型燃气轮机负荷特性的技术路线。基于此,针对某M701F型燃气轮机,以国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization,ISO)的标准条件为基准,由机组的在线运行数据获得其负荷特性曲线,并建立负荷特性的数学模型。考察该燃气轮机6 940组实际数据,得出结论:当折算基准功率不小于18MW时,其负荷特性数学模型的最大相对误差不超过5.73%。
The factors influencing the load characteristics of heavy-duty gas turbines are analyzed,and then a technical route is proposed for researching the load characteristics of heavy-duty gas turbines.Based on the technical route and the standard conditions of International Organization for Standardization(ISO),the load characteristic curve of a M701F gas turbine is acquired according to its on-line operating data,and the mathematical model of load characteristics is built.Checking 6 940 groups of data of the gas turbine,the maximum relative error of the load characteristic mathematical model does not exceed 5.73% when the converted reference power is not less than 18 MW.
