摘要
为了探索与掌握不停电转供电过程中的关键技术,制订切实可行的不停电转供电方案,广东电网公司东莞供电局开展了2个合环转供电试验,即来自2个不同的500kV电源的10kV馈线合环试验(第1类试验)和来自同一个220kV电源,但不跨接2卷和3卷变压器10kV侧的馈线合环试验(第3类试验)。介绍不停电转供电方式下2个典型合环转供电试验的试验接线、试验保护措施及试验步骤,分析了合环转供电试验的结果。得出:第1类试验在一年中的大多数时间进行转供电是比较安全的,但采用的方式有待商榷;第3类合环方式是相对比较安全的不停电转供方式,进行简单验算后就可以广泛应用。
In order to explore and master the key techniques in the process of uninterrupted transferring power supply,and to make feasible scheme for uninterrupted transferring power supply,two loop closing and transferring power supply tests were made in Dongguan Power Supply Bureau of Guangdong Power Grid Corp.,i.e.,loop closing test of 10 kV feeders from two different 500 kV power sources(Class 1 test),and loop closing test of feeders from the same 220 kV power source but not jumping the 10 kV sides of two-winding and three-winding transformers(Class 3 test).The test wiring,protection measures and steps under two typical modes of uninterrupted transferring power supply are described.The results of the loop closing and transferring power supply tests are analyzed.It is concluded that the Class 1 mode is safe for most of the year,but the means to be adopted is still in discussion;Class 3 mode of loop closing is relatively safer for uninterrupted transferring power supply and can be used widely after simple checking computations.
