摘要
为了研究整星隔振技术动力学参数的设计原理,通过整星隔振系统的动力学模型,讨论了整星隔振器的质量、刚度、阻尼对整星隔振系统隔振性能的影响,进而建立了卫星的整星隔振器原理性设计原则.并概念性设计了一种离散型整星隔振器,通过振动台对隔振器的隔振性能进行了试验研究,试验结果表明离散型整星隔振器具有理想的隔振性能,验证了原理性设计原则的正确性和有效性,该原则能够推广到其他实际的整星隔振器设计中.
This paper studies the principle of the dynamic parameters of the whole-spacecraft vibration isolation technology.With the aid of the dynamic model of the whole-spacecraft vibration isolation system,the influence of the whole-spacecraft vibration isolator's quality,rigidity and damping on the vibration isolation performance of the whole-spacecraft vibration isolation system was discussed,and then the principle of schematic design of the whole-spacecraft vibration isolator for rigid spacecraft was established.At last one kind of conceptual discrete whole-spacecraft vibrator was designed.An experimental study on the vibration isolation performance of the vibration isolator was carried out on the vibrostand.The test result indicated the ideal vibration isolation performance of the discrete whole-spacecraft vibration isolator,and confirmed the accuracy and validity of the schematic design principle.This principle could be expanded to other actual design of the whole-spacecraft vibration isolator.
