摘要
热力耦合试验中,加载杆在靠近加热元件的地方受到较强的辐射,在热流上升阶段容易使加载杆的温度迅速上升,强度迅速下降,导致试验失败。对此试验现象进行了数值模拟,对加载杆进行改进设计,通过添加热防护部件而解决此类问题,并利用数值模拟方法验证了此方法可行性。
In coupled thermal-mechanical experiments,the loading pole closing to heating components was radiated intensively,and the temperature of the loading pole rised quickly,which resulted in the pole's intensity falling and experiments failing.In this paper,this phenomenon was simulated numerically,and an improved design was made to solve this problem,which was adding a thermal protection component to the loading pole.In numerical simulation it was found that this design was reliable.
